How soon will I receive my photos?
For all Headshots NYC sessions, proofs are delivered within 24 hours. Final professionally retouched images are ready within 3 business days.
Express and same-day headshot delivery in NYC is available, with images ready within 24 hours for an additional $50 fee—ideal for last-minute deadlines.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Yes. Professional hair and makeup services in NYC are available with advance booking for branding sessions, signature portraits, and team shoots.
Hair and makeup are not available for Express or Mini headshot sessions.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All photography sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for one. time only. The booking fee is applied toward your session.
Additional rescheduling, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeiting the booking fee, and a new booking will be required.
Can you recreate my company’s portrait style?
Yes. If your company has an established brand guidelines, we can recreate your existing corporate headshots by matching lighting, background, framing, and tone.
This ensures visual consistency across teams, executives, and new hires—perfect for growing NYC companies and leadership updates
Do you offer on-location team headshots?
Absolutely. We provide on-location headshots throughout New York City, including corporate offices, coworking spaces, and outdoor environments.
