How soon will I receive my photos?
For all Astoria headshot sessions, proofs are delivered within 24 hours. Final professionally retouched images are ready within 3 business days.
Express and same-day headshot delivery in NYC is available, with images ready within 24 hours for an additional $50 fee—ideal for last-minute deadlines.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Yes. Professional hair and makeup services in NYC are available with advance booking for branding sessions, signature portraits, and team shoots.
We work with experienced stylists who specialize in clean, camera-ready looks. Hair and makeup are not available for our Mini sessions.
Do you offer on-location headshots in NYC or office shoots?
Yes! While the studio is conveniently located in Astoria, we regularly travel with portable studio setups across the tri-boro New York City. What is your cancelation/refund policy?
You can reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. All booking fees are not refundable but will be applied toward your final payment.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in losing the entire fee, and a new booking will be required.
